Fans Are not automatically turning on

How do I set up my fans to turn on automatically, when I turn on the computer?

I have a NZXT Phantom 820. They use to turn on automatically when I turn the computer on but now i have to adjust the fans with the controller for them to spin.

Have you checked the wire connections to the fans? Are they loose? Are they damaged? Are they getting in the way of the fan blades somewhere? Did you plug the fans into the right connectors? If none of these apply, could you specify more details?
