What should i chose ?

Im gonna buy a new motherboard but i dont know what to chose, my options are:
Asus P8B75-V
AsRock Z77 Pro3
(i dont plan to do overclock)

I will use the motherboard with and i5 3350p

Calnin is correct. If you don't plan on overclocking, you don't need a Z77. But honestly, that's a great motherboard. You can get a B75 or H75 for the same price. I'd just get the Pro 3.

The Asus has 2 PCI Express x1 slots (ASRock only 1). The Asus has 3 PCI slots (the ASRock only 2).

The ASRock has a newer type of audio circuit from Realtek.

Apart from that, they seem to have exactly the same features and price and ratings (at newegg at least).

Go with the Asus if you think you'll need the extra slots. Get the ASRock otherwise.
