i'm about to buy this psu for my new rig , (4770k,16gb ram, AMD R 290).

I'm not sure about this psu. Thermaltake site doesn't have a proper information if this is Haswell
ready or not .

is this psu , compatible with the new c6/c7 sleep states?

Then this only leaves two options for me. Either
SEASONIC SEA-X-750 750W 80 Plus Gold
or
SEASONIC SEA-M12II-750 750W 80 Plus Bronze

Gold one is 50$ more expensive, is it worth it? and i guess both are haswell ready.

Sadly , sea M12II seems to have problem with working normally with UPSes that have non-sinusoid output voltage according to an article from xbitlabs. And I am using a APC UPS with a non-sinusoid output . Tough the article is from 2010.
is this problem still exists with this PSU , or a solved thing?
