Keep in mind WoW is on Mists of Pandaria at the moment, and there is an upcoming expansion, Warlords of Draenor and I am not sure if Blizzard has released the game requirements yet, but I want a computer that could probably run that expansion very well on high graphics. Here are my options:

1. http://www.digitalstormonline.com/comploadvanquish.asp?id=843036 if you don't want to click the link heres the specs..
.
Processor- Intel Core i5 4570 3.20 GHz (Quad Core)
Motherboard- ASUS Z87-C (Intel Z87 Chipset)

System Memory- 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Digital Storm Certified Performance Series
Power Supply- 600W Corsair CX
Storage Set 1- 1x (1TB Seagate (7200 RPM) (64MB Cache)
Graphics Card- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2GB (Includes PhysX)
Cooling- Stage 1: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (High Performance Cooler)
Chassis Fans- Standard Factory Chassis Fans
And it is Windows 8

Here is the other computer (I can't provide a link so heres the specs)
Cooling (Case)- Maximum 120MM Case Cooling Fan

Noise Reduction- Power Supply Gasket, and Anti-Vibration Fann Mounts

CPU- Intel® Core™ i5-4670 3.40 GHz 6MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150

CPU Cooling Fan- Asetek 510LC 120mm Liquid Cooling CPU Cooler - Enhance Cooling Performance (Single Enermax Enlobal Silent High Performance 120MM Fan)
( Standard Coolant)

Motherboard- ASUS Z87-K ATX w/ GbLAN, 2 PCIe x16 (1 Gen3, 1 Gen2), 2 PCIe x1, 3 PCI

RAM- 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1866MHz Dual Channel Memory (ADATA XPG V2)

Graphics Card- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 2GB GDDR5 16X PCIe 3.0 Video Card (EVGA Superclocked ACX Cooling)

Power Supply- 600 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Certified Power Supply - SLI/CrossFireX Ready

Hard Drive- 2TB (2TBx1) SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 64MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Drive)

The prices are (In order)
1. $1,059
2. $1175

The reason I put all the cooling specs down is because in my room during the summers it gets extremely hot when with a air conditioner, and so I tried to put those down too to see if you guys could also tell me which one would be better cooling wise. I don't mind if I can't run on Ultra settings with you know 100 FPS but if I could run on High with 60 FPS that would be cool so which computer can run it and remember the new expansions out soon.

I would go for the second one. It's not much more money and has a better PSU and twice the storage. You will easily be able to run WoW at 60FPS at 1080p.
