My CPU was fine but i'm having a problem now i did a test with the problem that i am having. I started playing a game and then when the lag problem started i notice it was my CPU. The CPU usage was at 65-70% used and all of a sudden it drops down to 27-33% for like 2-6 seconds,then it goes back to normal 65-70% , the problem is very constant it happens every 3-6 min Please some one help and excuse my grammar

Thanks for the respond but i notice what it's making the cpu throttle , started to play the game again and when the lag spike happens the cpu goes to around 69 c and that is what makes the cpu throttle and i'm okay for a few minutes until the cpu reaches the 69 c again. I'm not really sure what is going on i think is over heating i still have the stock fan that the amd fx -4170 cpu came with but i dont think that should be any problems since i did not oc my pc
