Can you please define "delay to start"?
Does it mean that when you turn it on it takes minutes to actually start to come on or that when you turn it on it takes minutes to get into windows? Or something different.
For the first case - As a starter you should check the manufacturer's web site to see if the bios has an update. If it does follow the directions closely and do a bios update. If you don't know what you're doing YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS COULD DAMAGE YOUR LAPTOP IF YOU DO IT INCORRECTLY AND I CAN TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU DO! Have a professional do it if you're not sure.
For the second case - Otherwise, you might just need to clean up your start-up programs in MSCONFIG,(STATRT / RUN / MSCONFIG) and running programs once your up and running to get rid of the junk that normally slows up a computer.
Let us know which case it might be or something I missed.
