Windows vista wont boot autochk program not found skipping autocheck

Hello everyone

I was messing around with my system and I changed or deleted every permission for everyone my C: drive
I have a vista install disk but every time I use the CMD every command says access denied because I have no access to the C drive.
also when It run the install disk my C: drive is not in the drive selection..
please help everything is on that drive

Ok so I booted my computer from Ubuntu and selected try this OS from CD which allowed me to get all my personal data of the drive then formatted the HDD within that OS as well.
then rebooted with the windows Vista CD and re-installed from scratch
