^^^NO NO NO NO!!! The i3 is a massive downgrade. If you have to settle, get an FX-6350, an R9-270, and then a 450w PSU.

Recently Xbitlabs reviewed some Haswell i3 CPUs and it performed better then the FX-6350
 


not enough better to overcome the 6300's better multithreaded performance
