I'm getting poor frame rates

I have a decent computer here are the specs:
Amd FX 8120 3.1ghz, Asus hd 7970, 8gb Ram, and windows 7 64 bit

I have poor frames on Shadow Warrior, Saints Row 4, Assassins creed 3 and 4

Please help

Im get from 12-60 frames on saints row on ultra resolution 1600x900 same with assassins creed 3 and 4 and shadow warrior is mostly 30 to 40

The Build Seems to be pretty decent, but maybe it's too much to handle 1600 X 900 resolution, you might turn that to 1080 resolution.
And also, if saints row is around 60 fps, its pretty decent to me.
