graphics card compability

I recently bought an ASrock m8 pc i have a core i7 4770k on it and i would like to know if my pc will support a R9 290x graphics card with the 450 watt power supply

is there a 650w power supply which fits in the m8's case ?

No. Get a less power hungry card or a better PSU.

I would think that the 290x would be very very strained, and might suffocate.

it has good ventilation on it,it can even run a gtx titan from what i heard

The 290x is 300W, the i7 is 85W, figure 100w for the MB and drives, then a bit of overhead, I would say a 650W to give plenty of juice and not tax the PS to a short life. AMD says 500W for the 290x.
