I have two of the corsair high performance fans on the intake of my case.
Using pwm I have them spin down to about 600rpm when temps are low.
The "quiet edition" ones have a lower top speed, not sure what else might be different.
The corsair fans do tend to have a slight clicking sound at low/mid rpm, but this is common with most pwm fans cept maybe the expensive noctua ones.

That cooler master fan looks surprisingly similar to the corsair fan (high performance model), maybe they are made in the same place. I'd wager that quality between the two would be similar.

i chose the quiet edition corsair one because i could not find a performance one with led's in them. i plan on having 3 of them 2 as intake and one as exhaust. would the corsair ones work well at pushing air in and out of the case
