The title is the cpu i have how will it run games on my pc if i get a middle of the road gpu which what would be a good one for a corsair 430w

It is a quad core part so should handle games perfectly fine.

If you can stretch to it a 7850 would be a good match, the PSU should handle it fine as the CPU is only a 65w part.
