my windows 8.1 is a blue screen

I recently bought a Medion computer with win 8 (one month ago) and now updated to 8.1.some drivers were missing and while truing to fix that I accidentally autoset directory and now I only have a blue screen.

no error code -just a blue screen there is a shutdown icon in the right hand corner and an extra availabillity icon to the left
i can put up the screen keyboard
