i3-4130 and GTX 660 vs i5-4430 and GTX 650

Looking for a CPU and GPU combo for under $300, so could someone tell me which of the above combos is better, and if anyone has a better one please share.

Go for the i5 now. I'ts much easier to swap out GPU's when you upgrade that in the future than swaping out CPU's.

I made that mistake myself and regreted it, just to then get a quad core a month down the road.
