Hey guys i need help.
recently bought a smart 50" hdtv by hisense so i bought a sapphire radeon 280x aswell.
i have a dell 24" monitor so i connected both working on duplicate mode (hdtv by hdmi)
when i play hd videos from my hardisk via VLC player the videos run perfectly on the tv. but when i watch an hd video on youtube or any other site the video doesn't run smoothly and it has shuttering, but in my dell monitor the video runs smoothly. i run the latest chrome with the latest drivers with an i5 3570k@4.2ghz
hardware isn't the problem! can you help me please?
