What version of Direct X you are running ? I think, a simple upgrade or reinstall can easily fix the issue....

If using Windows 8 , download DirectX 11.1 and if Windows 8.1, download and install Windows update to your system for DirectX 11.2....

ORRRR, you can just download that one particular .dll file from here (I personally prefer clicking on the zipfile download link and doing this manually, instead of using the Fixer), and follow the accompanying "readme.txt".

P.S.: Try using a more descriptive 'Subject' next time, instead of vaguely demanding a 'solution'; people are more likely to read your post that way.

Downloading an individual DLL from a 3rd party is not recommended as it could be malicious in nature - keep in note DLL files are loaded into memory then executed just the same as an exe, as well as the fact that you could have issues from having out of sync versions eg you have a different version of xinput from your version of Direct3D and this could cause major issues down the line

The website I linked has been trusted by people for more than a decade. In my personal opinion and experience, no harm comes from using it. However, you do have a point. Individual .dll fixes are often only bandages for a larger problem.
