i dont have much mony so i decid to get a xps 420 because it hase mor space for graphics card.now i have a optiplex 760.so i want to know is it good to upgrade from optiplex 760 to dell xps 420. or optiplex 760(q43 chipset) is better then xps 420(x38 chipset) ??? please answer.

Generally, if you're going to buy a Dell computer, I suggest maybe looking around for a better computer. OEM computers from dell, HP, acer etc etc are the worst computers to upgrade. Because from my experience, my old dell vostro 430 I had for 3 years, I decided to upgrade the GPU, and it killed the motherboard. I even called them to ask for upgrade options, and they wanted me to buy their stuff only. I'm sure if you shop around, you'll find a better computer. Plus, Dell computers only have 1-2 fans inside their cases, I'm not sure how much fans the dell computer you want has, but depending on your graphic card upgrade, the cooling could be a issue to look in as well.
