I can't solve this RAM issue

Hello everyone!

So this is my RAM: Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600MHz KVR16N11/4

Now my computer is brand new, everything is new in it (I submitted my entire configuration on my profile).

I am running Windows 8, and I am constantly getting BSODs, with different errors. Most of the time, I get "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT". But I also got "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL". I got some other messages, but I can't remember them. But I looked after these errors, and found that they all could be connected to the memory (RAM).

So I have UBCD on one of my USB drives, and I ran "Memtest86". I got this

So 13341 error pretty brutal.. Also Windows's diag

When this happened, I was running Windows 7. After all, I installed 8.

Now I'm still getting "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" error, daily (Not on boot, I'm using the PC, and suddenly bang, BSOD)

So I'm desperate, I ran "Memtest86" again, but left it overnight. I got ZERO errors....
Also ran Windows's diag tool again, finished w/o any errors.

What shall I do? Maybe it's not a hardware problem, it's just some driver problem?

Please, help, I am out of ideas..

Thanks in advance!!
(update-oh and sorry for my bad English)

Are you running more than one DIMM? It seems likely that one or more may be failing (15% pass?!) Try removing them one at a time and see if the problem persists. Also try running the DIMMs at 1300MHz.

Yeah 15% pass, I thought if it found 13K errors, than it's failing for sure..
Okay, I could remove one of the two DIMMs (Stupid me forgot to mention its 2x4GB), and try that way..
But how is that possible: I ran a test, found 13K errors. After a week, I ran the same test again on the same RAM, but now left it overnight - zero errors...

The only problem is: How shall I remove the DIMM properly? I mean I can remove one of them, but I can't remove the other one, because the CPU fan is blocking my way - I have to remove the fan to get to the DIMM?
But I'll just take a picture to make it clean: here

Hmm, try just the one removed first and if you still get errors then you can try removing the CPU fan maybe?

This happened:

I removed the RAM from the first slot, tried computer with only one DIMM, in 3rd slot. I got a BSOD connected to RAM issues everytime. So I removed the DIMM in there (I think that must be faulty), and replaced the (I think) good one again. So booted again. No I have absolutely no problems since, no BSODs, and system seems stabile.
Thanks for your help, I think the other DIMM is bad/malfunctioning. If I get a RAM problem with this, I'll post, but I think this one is OK. I'll just get a new DIMM - warranty. Thanks again.
