Just like the title says, guys.
I've got plenty of PWM sockets on my motherboard, but I've also got a built-in fan controller on my case that looks so awesome that I don't want to not use it. I'm planning on getting 2x120mm, a 140mm, and a 200mm. So what do you people reckon? Should I plug the bunch into PWM sockets all around my board, or link them to the controller?

Thanks :D

I guess it really depends on how much control you want over your fans. Do you want to let the computer take care of it or are you more interested in controlling their behavior?
Most motherboards will include software that lets you control the power curve of your fans. You can set temperature limits that will tell the computer when to speed the fans up and when to slow them down. Some fan controllers can do this as well, but most of them just give you manual control. You can turn a knob or push a button to speed up or slow down you fans manually.
So basically if you want the computer to automatically control your fans then use the fan headers on your motherboard. If you want manual control of your fans then use the fan controller.
