How can I download windows 7 64 operative system

I formatted the hard disk because it had problems and I didn't succeed in installing the operative system from the DVD that I had previously masterized (burned) fron the hidden partition!
How can I download the windows 7 64 bit? I have the original serial number!

Here you can download win 7 but you need the activation key which you seem to have so this should work for you
