Should be fine, but you cant overclock that CPU so buying a mobo with the z87 chipset might be a waste of money unless you plan to upgrade to a 4670k/4770k in the future. Otherwise, save some money and get a H87 board.

Also, check that the RAM is 2x 4Gb modules, not 1x 8gb. And dont forget you need to add a windows licence to that if you dont already have one.

With a GTX 760 I'm gonna assume the computer is for gaming, and for gaming you don't need a 1TB hard drive. Get yourself a 500GB hard drive and save yourself some cash.

The rest looks pretty weak, but still good. Also note that you can't over-clock that CPU.

Gonna disagree here. You save hardly anything by going to a 500gb drive, but reduce space by 50%!

Also, its not "pretty weak" imo. Its a very nice CPU which is in the top tier of gaming CPUs, the gtx 760 is a solid mid range GPU which will play anything at 1080p.

If it was an OEM licence that came with it, then legally no you cant. If it was retail then you can just activate it again.

OEM = Original Equipment Manufacturer. This is the company that made your laptop eg Acer, HP... You cannot transfer an OEM license onto a new PC.
