help ! system shut down,wont turn on again

hello guys,i need help here

here is my pc spec :
fx 8320, asrock 970 pro 3,1x 4 GB patriot Ram, Sapphire Ati Hd 7750 and 480 PSU (brandless)

So i just install my new cpu which is fx 8320 on asrock 970 pro3 mobo

Everything is fine and my PC runs good, but when i tried to play games, like Assassins creed 4 Black Flag my PC suddenly Shutdown and wont turn on even i press the button, the weird thing is keyboard light still on. The only way to turn on the pc is by re plugging power cable.

so what is the problem? is it my power suply? :-(

Well without getting my hands on it and testing it i think it's a dying power supply unit.
I had someone with the same problem a few days ago and they replaced the power supply and everything worked fine.
if you want i will send you a link recommending a new one?
I will need to know your country and budget.:)

i live in indonesia, and pc components price is like hell here, i dont have any budget to buy a new PSU, i think i should save some money again lol

is cooler master 500 watt 80+ bronze is enough? or you got a better budget PSU?
