Which Intel chip is the equivalent of AMD A8 5550 M ? is this AMD chip good for normal usage. I do not intend to use it for gaming or graphics.

IT is also cheaper and will do everything thing that you want such as internet browsing and word processing facebook you tube at lighting fast speeds. You dont needs a flashy processor unless you are going to game or render

fine :) absolutely fine. IT will be good for 4-5 years before it might start to be a bit sluggish if thats all your using it for.

my laptops don't live beyond 3 years , don't know why ? Thus shall go for this AMD chipset instead of a more expensive Intel i5 processor which costs $ 200 more . thanks a million.
