Back to the drawing board.
AMD FX 6300
Asus M5 a97 R 2.0
8GB Ripjaws X series
Rosewill 630 Watt green

The system is fully stable. Installed FX patches from Microsoft, changed ram timings, played Battlefield for hours. Don't understand why this system can't pass OCCT, Prime 95 Blend. I can pass OCCT small data set, and Prime without Blend. I also can't pass IBT, all at STOCK! It's so annoying! However, I can play games and do whatever on this system for hours on end. While stress testing the cpu never goes above 60c (I think it's a bit off, stock cooler though.) Heard it was my ram so here's my timings.

So I can post pictures of the BIOS if needed. I want to try a few things first without doing a memtest86.
tl;dr Not passing any stress tests (i.e prime rounding 0.5 less than, occt:cpu fail on core.) But have a perfectly stable 24/7 on computer.
Things I've been trying.
Installed Microsoft FX patches
enable LCC (got pretty warm, but didn't stress it.)
enable 2t in ram command rate
set manual ram voltages.
disabled turbo core
I fail these test at random times. Can pass the 10 minute sometimes, and hours, sometimes, then fail in 10 seconds the next.

Cpu-z says about your ram that it is 667 ram x2),but under jedec #4 it says 685 (x2 again) so it's gone up in speed a little, try to up the Vram a little like to 1.55 or 1.6,should still be good and try again or downclock the ram again or loosen the timings.Whichever is going to work.
