I've put windows 7 on my new Corsair 120GB SSD with a fresh install, it is also on my 500GB HDD. When I boot to the SSD, my screen resolution is a medium sized box even though it is set too 1920x1080, my graphics card is not detected, my wired internet is not detected, I can't open anything on my HDD and my anit-virus is not there. When I boot to my HDD I have none of these problems. I have deleted the user Windows made me create for my SSD because I want to use my current one, I just want to boot and run windows on the SSD and everthing else on my HDD and I want my desktop to look the same.

Solution
I'm afraid when you install windows fresh you need to install drivers (for your video card, which will fix the box screen, and network card and probably a number of other things too). Then you'll need to reinstall your programs, including antivirus. You can install program's onto your second hdd, but you will need to reinstall them as some registry setting will be stored on the ssd.
An Windows 7 install is a few hour job to get all your drivers and programs set up. Once that's done you should still be able to access any files that were stored on your old hdd, like word documents, etc.
