ATI cards have crossfire. Nvidia cards have SLI 
And I think it won't bottleneck your GTX 650 SLI. You should be fine, but if you can, get a better processor for sure.

Nope, sorry. Crossfire is AMD, Nvidia (who make your GTX-650) have a similar teaming solution called SLI, but AMD and Nvidia graphics won't join forces together I'm afraid.
The 3870k is decent for onboard graphics, but it's a long way from a 650, so there'd be no benefit anyway.

No sorry you cannot 650 is Nvidia and a8 is amd different technologies at play there. There is no point in using apu crossfires anyway even if you had an a 10 it would bottleneck any modern card. The card a A10 would crossfire without bottleneck is a 6990 and that will perform as well as your 650. By all means upgrade to a a8 if you want but you cant crossfire.

The A8-3870K an AMD CPU with Integrated graphics. Whereas the GTX 650 is an Nvidia card. Crossfire can only happen within AMD products. For example you can Crossfire and A8-3870K with any AMD card like the R7 260X, R9 270X ( the terminology used for this kind of Crossfire is usually referred to as 'DUAL GRAPHICS' ) etc but not with any Nvidia card like the GTX 650 , GTX 760 etc.

you know the 6990 is a dual gpu card that is way more powerful than the 650.
