I recently changed my components in my computer a few hours ago and have discovered an error that stops me loading in my operating system i installed a p8 z77-v xl2 and amd 6670hd 2gb along with a i7 2600k cpu, i had an error that caused me to blue screen at the windows loading screen and now i am stuck on an error loading operating system issue. Please help.

Im trying to however i dont know how to use this new motherboard's bios options to install windows 7 again and it always gets a blue screen whenever it gets to the windows loading screen and restarts,says an error occured etc and quickly disappears

Yes it will because it's trying to load your old system drivers for everything. You need to reinstall windows!
You need to go into the bios and select it to boot from your dvd drive first.
