Are these 2 compatible? As in will there be enough clearance to close the side panel on my 300r after installing this monster of a heatsink?

If not what would you recommend to replace it? Something around the same price range and would like to stick with air cooling.

Case Dimensions 19.1" x 8.3" x 17.7"

Fan Dimensions 6.5"x5.9"x 2" (Without Fan), 6.5"x5.9"x 3.1" ( With Fan)

So the cooler may fit tightly. Better go with CM Hyper 212 EVO, cheap, good at work, and should fit in your case.
