550W is good however I would recommend the Corsair 500W as it is cheaper and Corsair PSU's are among the best.

Yes, that Seasonic PSU would be awesome. It is 80+ Gold certified and is built by Seasonic, both of which scream just quality. So, yeah of course get that PSU. It would be awesome for your rig. Also it is modular which would really help with the cable clutter.
