I'm continuing this from another post, but when I press the power button, the psu and cpu fans spin for a second then stop. The computer does not turn on. I've tried removing all the components and resetting the cmos. Not sure what to do from here.
here's a video of what's happening:

It was working fine last night, but when I woke up this morning and went to turn it on, that's what happened.
What should I do?

That looks like voltage short protection from either the mobo or the power supply. Things to check:
1) Make sure CPU, RAM, and PCI cards are installed properly (you may need to reseat them)
2) Make sure mobo isn't shorting out (i.e. screw misplaced)
3) Make sure all wiring connections to all devices are correct
4) Make sure power strip/surge suppressor is properly grounded
5) Try only one RAM stick (swap if it doesn't work).

Typically, when this happens, the mobo is detecting an issue related to the setup of the computer. The checklist above verifies that you have the minimal requirements to boot. If any major error condition exists, the mobo powers down and restarts.

Going back to this because I fixed it that day, I didn't have the standoffs installed. Surprised my motherboard still works haha. Thanks for the help though.
