i5 4430 or FX 8320?

I'm running a AMD R9 270X with 12GB RAM and a AMD Athlon X4 641 @2800MHz.. My CPU is just bottlenecking everything so I have to replace it for another, which one should I get?
I'm playing BF3/4 and other FPS
I would like to record my gameplays though.

fx 8320 also you can overclock this wich in other hands I5 4430 isn't overclockable
if your more into intel just get a i5 3570K or go with amd mode fx 8320

If you want to record your gameplay i suggest the AMD FX8320 with an aftermarket cooler overclocked to 4Ghz

If your wondering if it will perform okay mine does at that speed.
