Yep i have working RAM's to test it. You think it's a RAM fault? I can do a MemTest on my RAM sticks and post the results later. It's a very random error, happened a few weeks ago now happened again this morning ... hard to test.

i was trying to avoid full formatting. I've some programs i can't install again. Gonna make some tests during the day i'll post the results here. Is Memtest reliable?

put your mini dump file on a cloud service and I will take a look in the debugger to see if i can tell what the failure is caused by.
for a filesystem bugcheck you might check the following:
corrupted file system : run chkdsk /r /f
corrupted OS files : sfc.exe /scannow
check for rootkits using a malware scanner
disable your anti virus program or update it.
hard to tell without the looking at the mini dump with a debugger

malware scan for rootkits
