I'm looking to transfer my tuner cards from my main rig into a new dedicated HTPC build to hook up to the 50" downstairs. I've also got spare parts I'm looking to use to cut costs as low as humanly possible. Here's what I have to work with so far:

-300W PSU
-350W PSU
-ATI TV Wonder HD 600PCI Single Analog/Digital Tuner
-AVerMedia M791 Dual Analog/Digital Tuner
-Conexant Falcon II Analog Tuner
-MSi GT440 (also has LP bracket)
-2GB DDR3 RAM Module
-320GB HDD
-32GB SanDisk ReadyCache SSD
-A bunch of DVD drives but I want Blu-ray
-Media Center Remote Control w/ IR Blaster for the cable box

I also have an Asus P5LP-LE, Pentium D 820, and plenty of DDR2 RAM, but I don't know whether or not the Pentium D will have enough kick for HD video (actually, it probably would since that would fall on the GPU, but I'd like to get opinions first)

I'm looking at this case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811208054 but two of the TV Tuners aren't LP so they might not fit. This is my alternate: http://www.amazon.com/Silverstone-Tek-Acrylic-Mini-ITX-ML05B/dp/B00DU6RVK8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1388420896&sr=8-2&keywords=htpc+case

This thing won't be used for any games, just HDPVR, Netflix, and Blu-Ray/DVD playback.
So, I need help picking the

-Case
-Blu-Ray Drive

and, if the Pentium D won't have enough kick or that mobo (9"x9") won't fit into a HTPC case,

-Mobo
-CPU/APU

I can spend up to around $100 but I'd really like to keep this as low as physically possible since I'll be spending some money to bring my home network up to speed and get the cross-house Ethernet line hooked up properly so streaming TV from this thing will work well.
Don't worry about the cost of software, I have licenses for win7 and win8 to spare and will just be using Media Center.
