Switching integrated graphics card to dedicated graphics card?

First of all, My laptop is HP Pavilion g4-2006TX with Intel HD Graphics 400 as Integrated graphics card, and AMD Radeon HD 7670M as Dedicated graphics card.

I'm kinda confused when I wanted to switch between Integrated and Dedicated graphics card. I tried to google it, but most of the solutions are for Nvidia, which seems pretty easy to switch. Meanwhile, on AMD there are no options for changing graphics card. Some said that on 'Switchable Graphics' menu on Catalyst Control Center. 'High Performance' for stronger GPU and 'Power Saving' for battery-conserve GPU. I assure you, this is not working for me

For example, Mafia II. I already assigned the exe file as 'High Performance'. But when using Benchmark on Mafia II, that outputs 'Intel HD Graphics 4000' as GPU used for Mafia II. Really?!

When using Intel as used GPU, I had no fun playing Mafia II. As the screen got really massive screen tearing. Screen got sliced to 2 pieces. Top Half reacts faster than Bottom Half, or vice versa. Pretty hard to control mouse, as they got some sort of magical 'drag' power. I hovered the mouse to a point, but actually the mouse hovers way farther, passing through the point.

How to really switch the graphics card, so I can play Mafia II in peace?

Thanks

Right-clicking on destkop or finding "Swithcable Graphics" in Start menu will help you.
Unfortunately, switchable graphics do not work on Mafia II and Mafia II Extended Edition. That may be an exception.
