Where do I get a shaver model 2 card?

That is a very, very old card.
The shader models are 'backwards compatible' so cards that support SM3, for example will also support SM1 and 2.
It may be possible to find what you need, but we must have the full make and model of the motherboard, and any details you can give us on the card will probably be helpful.
