Hello everyone,
Recently I have bought a Zotac GTX 650 Ti Boost Edition 2GB for my pc. With my new GPU, I have played the following games:
BF4, COD: Ghosts, Prototype 2, Enslaved odyssey to the west, Wolfenstein 2009, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Crysis 2 and FIFA 14.
I maxed out all of the games above and got max 60 fps from all of them. Even if I lower the graphics settings I still get 60 fps max from every one of these game. I just wanted to know is there something limiting my fps in game? and can I remove this limitation? because games like BF4 and FIFA 14 dont have same system requirements AFAIK ....

My PC Specs in short:
Core i5 2310 2.9Ghz, 8GB RAM 1333 MHz, 500 GB HDD 7200 RPM, Zotac GTX 650 Ti Boost Edition
2GB, Thermaltake V4 Black Edition, Thermaltake Light Power 450w, AOC 18.5"
1366x768

Solution

Turn V-Sync off in NVidia Control Panel options for the 650TiBoost
Then try to push your monitors refresh rate past 75.
As long as V-Sync is off you shouldn't be held back by the refresh rate
which if it was set at 60 would explain everything capped at 60fps
