I just recently got my new graphics card in the mail and once I plug everything in, I turn on the computer and everything is on but the graphics card. Please help as soon as possible.
Well some more information would be helpful. Model of the video card and make and model of the power supply(will be written somewhere on it). the model of the system or motherboard would help aswell.
^This is your best friend. Try EVERY step listed. This should either fix the issue for you or confirm for you what the problem is. Don't skip anything on the checklist and read each step very carefully.

It's the Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 GHZ OC 1GB DDR5 HDMI/DVI-I/DP PCI-Express Graphics Card
The power supply is Corsair CX Series CP-9020058-NA 430W Modular Power Supply and the motherboard is MSI 970A-G43 AMD 970 AM3+ Motherboard

It's still not working. Like I know it's not the graphics card but it's either the power supply or the cable that connects the graphics card with power supply.
My first time doing an SLI build I didn't realize each graphics card had TWO power connectors on EACH card. I am used to putting only one connector per card and it caused the PC not to boot.
Does the old video card still work? Is the 6-pin pci-e power connector from the PSU plugged into the card? How do you know the new card is good? It's possible the new card is DOA if the system still works with the old card installed.
