So i have poor fps in a lot of games and i was told it was my cpu however i think it is more than that now. I was playing mine craft and my friend asked "whats your fps" and my one was around
50 fps with a
fx 6100
gtx 660
m5a78l-m usb3 mobo
8gb ram
and he got 138 average with a
radeon Hd 7850 2gb
cpu - amd bulldozer 3.6 ghz
8gb ram
I'm confused at my lack of fps on most games, i was told it is probably my cpu but even when my cpu isn't maxed out (like ghosts) its still really poor performance. I intend to probably replace the cpu and if needed the mobo. Any help would be appreciated as i wasn't to rule out as much as possible before spending money.
