Is the laptop going to work much longer?

So 2 months ago i was just using the laptop,and the screen stopped showing .. everything was working fine,except the screen wasn't showing anything(black screen). I took it to one business for computers,and they told me that the GPU burned...they even tested it there.,the screen was blinking,but nothing was showing...only the light of the display (the light of the display was blinking) They offered me to fix that problem (of course not free) but i denied and took it back. Now month ago ive tried launching it,and now its working great,this problem isnt happening again. Is it possible to be different kind of problem?Not the GPU?

Sometimes all hardware need is some time off. Sometimes if you leave it alone it just starts working again. My ps3 got ylod left it unplauged for the wall a few days and bam it works fine now that was 2 years ago still works :D.

Well lets hope everything will work fine :) i'll wait few days to see if any GPU/DISPLAY(or any kind of that problem) expert writes to that threat,if i dont find any other good solution,i'll pick yours as solved. :D
