I crash randomly all the time now. I have a alienware M17x R4 laptop. I crashes when i play games. Heres some info:

I have tried to fix this problem with no luck, please help. I know its not my graphics card because i recently updated it, (this has been happening before i updated, so its not the update)

Code 116 actually refers to the graphics settings in connection to the programs those which are using your graphics card. So make sure you are not overclocking reset all video settings to default and let the programs decide whats best. Uninstall and then reinstall drivers.
Also Processor, MOBO and Memory module affects much to this graphics code error. Need to test ram and scan hd for errors. And see if that helps.

i have reinstalled all drivers, removed all overclocking and i still crash. I have a alienware M17x R4 gaming laptop. It has a nvidia gtx 675 graphics card. I know for a fact that its not a heat issue because it can handle stress tests like a champ. Please help
