Raidmax is trash. 80 Plus is only a measure of efficiency not quality. See here:

A system with an HD 7730 in it needs a recommended 350w power supply.

There are no cheaper, quality units that low in wattage so you would be looking at a Corsair 430CX or Antec VP 450. If you list where you are buying from I can find you a good deal.

I would go with an Asus M5A97 R2 LE and this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... . That power supply is 80+ bronze which means it will run more efficiently than one that is not. You shouldn't really get one that isn't.

Did you seriously just recommend a raidmax PSU? You do realize they are massive piles of low quality garbage right? Even their new 80+ gold rated units are subpar and when tested can't achieve rated wattage or efficiency. Raidmax is one of the worst PSU brands around.

Here's a couple options.
Antec VP450 more than enough to run the system and is decent quality.

Another good choice would be this 400w Seasonic

If you think you may get a more powerful video card later here's a good budget 500w unit.

Well you don't really wanna skip out on the quality of your power supply. You could grab a cheap XFX Core Edition 450W power supply (which will be more than enough), and be absolutely certain that it's among the top of the line when it comes to quality. It might cost a bit more than your average noname junk, but that's ok. It also comes with a 5 year worldwide warranty if you register your product at XFX.

Keep in mind that the power supply is the unit that powers your entire rig. You want it to be a decent quality.
