Will a gtx 770 SLI fit to my EVGA gtx 580 SLI slots?

I plan to upgrade my EVGA gtx 580 SLI to some Gtx 770 SLI brand, and have a few answers I need to know. Most important is the size of the cards, with my gtx 580 SLI the cards are nearly touching, with one on top of the other, so I am assuming that the height of the cards which barely fits together in SLI. Now if the Gtx 770 is higher, it may not fit in my case in SLI so I really need to know is a GTX 770 card bigger than the Gtx 580 card?

Also I heard the Gainward version of the GTX 770 is actually bigger than the others because of the cooling system, can someone confirm this to be true?

Finally, I like to confirm that with my current setup of GTX 580 SLI, I should have no problem directly upgrading it to GTX 770 SLI with my current power supply, since it runs on less power I think?

Thanks for your time, need some answers before I decide to order these cards.

1. can i have your full specs cpu, psu and case mainly

2. all of these cards a 2 slot cards exept the gainward that is 3 and should fit (they take up 2 pcie slots width)

3. if it is saying a card is larger graphics cards only tend to change in size length wise so this is probably what you heard about. exept the gainward.

Thx for the swift replies, I know it's silly but I have a 750 W power supply but able to run Gtx 580 SLI with no problems, so the GTX 770 SLI can upgrade with no problems? It seems I will not be getting the Gainward brand, but the MSI and EVGA, or Gigabyte brand should have no problem in terms of size am I right? And the size between the 4gb vs the 2 gb version are all the same right?

First off, both reference models are the same length and same height. If you get one (like the Gainward you were talking about) you might want to check into the dimensions of your case. And as for you power supply, you will not need an upgrade because both 580 and 770 require a 600W PSU. the 770 Wattage is slightly less than the 580.
