Hello guys,

I am looking forward to build a gaming pc in a mini-atx case. I've looked around for some build and I came with this:

All prices include taxes (Quebec/Canada).

CASE: Cooler Master Elite 130 - 68.24$ at NCIX
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K - 251.99$ at NCIX
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS Z87I-DELUXE - 199.28$ at DIRECTCANADA
GPU: GeForce GTX 770 - looking for a good price
RAM: G.SKILL Sniper 16GB 2X8GB DDR3-1866 CL9 - 167.99$ at DIRECTCANADA
PSU: Seasonic G Series 550W Modular 80PLUS GOLD - 104.99$ at NCIX
CPU COOLER: Cooler Master Seidon 120M - 71.24$ at NCIX
SSD: Crucial M500 240GB SATA 2.5" (CT240M500SSD1) - 157.49$ at NCIX
HDD: none for now.
OS: already have Windows 7

Total cost for now without the GPU and HDD is 1021,01$ (taxes included). I will use this computer to play games (BF4, D3, CS:GO, etc), watch movies, do programming and surfing the internet.

I chose a mini-atx case since I love that it takes less space and is easier to transport if necessary. So I can not put two graphics cards in SLI but it does not bother me that much.

Since I am not an expert, I would like to receive advice on selected items above. I plan to overclock in the future, this is the reason why I chose the K version of the i5 4670. I have been told that the motherboard is really good for overclocking. I also plan to buy a 1440p monitor and maybe even two (not immediately, maybe in 6+ months). Perhaps I can reduce the ram to 8GB and do not buy the CPU Cooler for now since I do not think overclock immediately. I thus save ~$150 and be able to invest on the graphics card.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Could throw together something like this and use a gtx 770. Also look for these parts on every site and then see if NCIX carries them, they will price match even on sale items. I just order a new rig 4 days ago and saved $200 with price matching.

Also here is a slick mod to do to this case, I have done it for my friend's prodigy and only cost about $55
