Monitor: Asus VE247H
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 780
Connected: With HDMI

So, The question is can I set the refresh rate higher with my monitor or should I buy new monitor and if I can change it with my current monitor how can I do it? :??:

Solution
Check if what is the maximum refresh rate your monitor can support. Assuming you're using windows 7 or 8, you can right click the desktop > Click Screen Resolution > Advance Settings > Click the Monitor Tab and you can set the refresh rate under the Monitor Settings. With AMD cards, you can set the refresh rate in the CCC so I think there must be a setting in the NVIDIA control panel too.
