Hello, and thank you for your time.

First off, I built my PC nearly a year and a half ago. Recently, I began to get BSODs that increased in frequency until the system was deemed unusable and would fail to start (exhibiting a new error that stated a missing or corrupt hal.dll file, which was thence unsuccessfully remedied).

I decided that a Windows reinstall would be necessary, it being the one fix I had yet to try, so a my copy of Windows 7 Ultimate was installed onto the primary drive and registered. My system consists of three drive: an SSD for the operating system, a large HDD for storage and for programs to be installed on and a small "extra" HHD(SATA) that I've had laying around since about 2005. The two former occupy my SATA III and the later the SATA II on my motherboard. (It may be worth noting that the "extra" HDD was installed about a month prior to my issues.) If needed, I could supply a full part list.

When I reinstalled Windows, I wiped my main drive but kept the others as they were. The one that had kept my files and programs was cleansed of program data manually. Only the SSD was connected whilst the operating system was installed.

After a few hours of setting up Windows once again and installing all hardware drivers, I was greeted by the same BSOD as before.

Stop Codes read as follows:
" *** STOP: 0x000000F4 (0X0000000000000003, 0XFFFFFA8009917B30, 0XFFFFFA8009917E10, 0XFFFFF80002FA2DB0) "
