Brand new computer locking up

I finished building my brand new PC just about a week ago (parts can be found here). Earlier today, I was running some programs on here (nothing out of the ordinary; browser, Excel, game) and it suddenly locked up. Screens still on, no BSOD, can't move the mouse, system won't respond. I'm concerned because this has happened before on my old computer, usually several times a day.

I have been running the computer non-stop, only restarting it twice in the last week (once a few minutes ago after the error). I have done some very minor overclocking on the machine (3.4 GHz to 4.0 GHz on the processor and 1600 MHz to 1866 MHz on the RAM, both using the motherboard's built-in overclocking wizard). I did test the overclocking stability using OCCU for 6 hours.

I also checked the event logs and the only thing in there is all the errors from after the freeze occurred, telling me SUPER useful things like the occurrence of an unscheduled shutdown. There was nothing before that in the event log for at least 12 hours.

Does anyone have any ideas here?

And it happened again. I checked and my computer is running at about 30-35 C at idle. Cool air is coming out the back of my machine (I've got 6 fans running in there) so the problem isn't heat related. I'm going to run Memtest on it tonight to see if there are any issues with the RAM, but I'm running out of ideas...
