Hello, sorry if iam in the wrong section
I am in big trouble plz help
Firstly tell me wether is this a virus and what it does....

The thing is today after i start gta iv it starts to lag before it didn't i have a gtx 760... And after i turn it off ,my gpu is still working at core clock 1110 (is that normal)..and tems are 65-71 no matter what it is idle... I am waorried that it would damage my gpu...or pc plz help.....

I take it you mean the BF4 keygen?
That sort of thing is notorious for carrying all sorts of nasties so it's likely the system has been infected.
Get yourself some AV software and a malware scanner and install them.
Next go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall anything that looks wrong.
Run virus and malware sweeps, removing/repairing as required.
Restart and all should be well.
As a side note, a lot of this crap puts itself into the Temp folders, grab a copy of Ccleaner and run it every time you disconnect from the 'net, it'll keep the system clear of all sorts of unwanted garbage.
