connecting the front panel wires to a ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3

I will be building a new pc in the not so distant future and I am not really sure where the front panel connectors go (stuff like the usb ports on your case and audio power LED etc.) I understand that the LED connectors are polarised and I think the coloured wire is positive and the white one is negative (correct me if im wrong) and I don't really understand it in the crappy asus manual. could someone how me where and which orientation these connectors go into my motherboard.
 


White negative, yes, but even if let's say it's positive, if the led doesn't work, you just switch the connector.
Now, having the connector in the link below, what connections seem confusing?
