Skyrim iLegandary Edition is Laggy

About a month ago I got Skyrim and it ran with at least 30 frames per second . After a while I deleted it
About a week ago I got Razer Game booster and tweaked my pc
Yesterday I got Skyrim Legendary Edition and now average about 2 fps
Here are my specs

Windows 7 64 bit pro
I have Integrated ( Intel HD 4000) and High Performance (Nvidia NVS 5200m)
My cpu is (Intel Core i5 3320M CPU @ 2.60 GHz

PS The drive I installed to is SSD
PPS I restored to razer to windows default and reinstalled Skyrim didnt work

Go into the options and lower the settings. Try the lowest settings. The legendary Edition should have 0 effect on performance. It doesn't change anything graphically. It doesn't even change any A.I., physics are anything. It just allows for you to reset skills and keep leveling.

It didnt work, I set all my graphics to losest still get max of about 4 frmes per second I restarted my computer and had 30 fps for about a minute then it gives a major lag spike
I was able to play regular skyrim on HIGH with 30 fps:??:

Does this have to do with game booster

I dont have any other installed games right now BUT i think Razer game booster is creating these problems

Turn that off and test. It could be a heat issue. Try monitoring it. You may also want to install other games to see how they fair.

I am installing JC2 and I will see how that works and I uninstalled game booster... no difference
