Hello. I just recently built a computer with the following parts:
Asus Z87-A motherboard
i5-4670k processor
2x4 gb 1600 memory
240 gb seagate 600 series ssd
2 tb seagate barricuda hdd
1 gb sapphire hd 6870
corsair 750tx power supply
windows 7 ultimate (upgrade version from my school)
I had some problems with the build in the beginning, getting BSOD. I think those were due to the windows version I used, but I haven't had any problems since. Anyway, recently I have had problems starting the computer when completely off or asleep. The computer powers on and everything runs, but the CPU led light comes on and the monitor stays off. I have to turn off the computer and restart, sometimes it doesn't work. I tried reseatting the components, but that didn't work. I noticed that when I pull on the motherboard near the processor socket, the computer will start and the CPU led light doesn't come on.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
